The CopyPro PowerPro II Thermal CD Printer is our second-generation CD printer for effective and inexpensive labeling of CD and DVD Discs. The PowerPro II high-speed thermal transfer printer prints directly on the surface of CDRs and DVD-Rs without the need for special surface preparation or special media.

The PowerPro II makes the changing ribbons easy with a flip up print head carriage that eliminates the often time consuming task of threading new ribbons underneath the printer heads. The unique flip open quick-change system simplifies changing between our standard black ribbon and the paneled color ribbon, even in mid roll, by providing for changing out one set of spindles for another.

The versatility of the printer is enhanced by availability of easily changed carrier trays that provide for printing on non-standard size media including “Business Card” and MiniRound format. This quick-change feature provides versatility of printing of different media formats without compromising the strength and integrity of the autoloader by the use of “add-in” adapters.

A CopyPro designed controller board enhances the feature set of this printer by buffering a full image in memory to provide instant re-prints. As the basic design of the printer has always been for integration with autoloaders, every PowerPro II is easily used either as a stand-alone printer or as part of an integrated auto loading duplication and printing system.
